The real public health system
The public health system of each country is different. The privileged have a health insurance for emergencies/accidents.
A common characteristic of all public health system is, that lobbyists impose their economic rules: They live from mistakes, benefit from illness and accidents, and aren't really interested on prophylaxis or correcting specific imperfections of the health system. Bigger profits result from worse cases (machiavellian).
The specific imperfections of the health system can be deduced from different facts: the professions that have fewer operations are first the medical doctors and then the attorneys (first one know exactly all risks and the other one see the files with the medical mistakes). And: from all professions, the medical doctors have the highest suicide rates,
who, by the way, are like other professionals of the health system also
suffering of the burn-out syndrome.
Something must be wrong.
Another part is, that the medical doctors have to restrict themselves on their specialty and send their patients to other specialists for further exams. They may not elaborate a holistic view with their patients (being threaten of prohibition of practicing). Officially, no one is responsible - a good affair.
This situation can be
improved
by increasing the perspective.
Only the individuals and their groups can protect health. The privileged one's, who could make their conclusions from their and others experience, are maybe collaborating with a practitioner, who is looking for the causes of illness and take care of their
health (EAV
check-up).
We elaborate and supervise individual health strategies.
